Half built nests

A bird was making a nest in the mailbox. I was told this. “Did you see a bird’s making a nest in the mailbox?” So I went outside to find a half-built nest in the mailbox. But the lid left opened. So she’d continue building her nest and lay eggs and have the eggs crushed. Because no one closed the lid. So she’d maybe find another place for her nest in time.

I was supposed to write a substack yesterday. I mean that yesterday, I was thinking, “I should really write a substack today.” Say something helpful or something that mattered. But I got halfway through something unhelpful that wouldn’t matter and deleted it.
