I was going three miles over the speed limit—73 in a 70. It would be funny if three miles over didn’t land people in jail. But that’s all it takes. Three miles over because you’re 500 miles from nowhere in a dead zone and you need to pee and your dog’s sick of this shit and you just want to get to your motel.
